Shipping and Returns

RestKit currently ships within the United States. Shipping rates and available delivery methods are shown at checkout before payment.

Shipping

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary by product and fulfillment partner. Standard and Express shipping options may be available at checkout based on product, address, and carrier availability.

RestKit offers free U.S. shipping on qualifying orders over the store's free-shipping threshold. Once an order ships, tracking information will be sent when available.

Returns

Our planned return window is 30 days from delivery for unused products in original condition and original packaging. Some hygiene-sensitive items may not be returnable once opened, worn, washed, or used.

To start a return, contact RestKit support before sending anything back. Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the return is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact RestKit support as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
